Delivery & Return Conditions

You can return the products you ordered within 14 working days from the date of delivery to you or the person/organization at the address you indicated, provided that they have not been used.

In order for your return to be started, you must inform the address of info@frameofmind.design by e-mail, if possible, together with the reason for the return. After informing you about your return request by e-mail, you can send the product(s) unused and without any damage to the package to the contracted cargo company (domestic cargo) with counter payment. The charges of the cargos sent via a different cargo company are reflected.

You can change the products you ordered from Frame of mind within 14 working days from the date of delivery to you or the person/organization at the address you indicated, provided that they have not been used.

In order for your exchange process to be started, you need to inform the info@frameofmind.design e-mail address, which product you want instead of the product you want to exchange, by e-mail.

After giving information about your exchange request, you can send the product(s) together with your invoice, unused and undamaged, to the contracted courier company with a counter payment.

After checking the compliance of your product(s) with the exchange conditions, the status of the exchange process will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible. If the product you want is available in our stock, it will be sent to you by cargo within 1-3 working days.

Burnt, used, gelatinous/packaged, and damaged (torn, crushed, etc.) products cannot be exchanged or returned.
